Refund Policy

1. Single consultation

• Each consultation lasts 45 minutes.
• Full refund available after payment and before a session is scheduled.
• Once scheduled, cancellations more than [to be confirmed: 24] hours before the session receive a full refund; later cancellations or sessions already started/completed are generally non-refundable.
• Sessions not scheduled within [to be confirmed: 30] days of payment are deemed forfeited [to be confirmed whether refundable instead].

2. Knowledge membership

• You may cancel anytime; you keep access until the end of the paid period, with no further charges.
• Digital content is available immediately, so started periods are generally non-refundable; first-time subscribers may request a refund within [to be confirmed: 7] days if little content has been accessed.

3. Assisted services

Refunds for assisted services follow the agreed quote or agreement. Official fees and costs already paid to authorities, banks or third parties are generally non-refundable.

4. How to request a refund

5. Refund method & timing
