3. No guarantee of outcomes

Outcomes of company formation, bank accounts, trademarks, FDA and similar matters are decided by authorities, banks or platforms. We assist with preparation and submission but do not guarantee results or timelines.

4. Accounts & subscriptions

• Memberships renew monthly or annually. You can cancel anytime in “My Account”; no further charges after the current period.
• Member content is for personal use only; no reposting, reselling or account sharing.
• The single consultation is a one-time payment and does not renew.

5. Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe and accept cards, Alipay and WeChat Pay (as shown at checkout), settled in Hong Kong dollars (HKD). We do not store your full card details.

6. Your obligations

You must provide true and accurate information and ensure your business is lawful. We may terminate services if information is false or used unlawfully.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this site (text, images, courses) belongs to us or the respective owners and may not be copied or used commercially without permission.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss; our total liability for any service is limited to the fees you paid for it.

9. Governing law
